Driving around the beautiful highlands of Scotland, I stumbled upon a beautiful birch forest filled with ferns exceeding 1.5 meters in height. The light was just perfect and colors were fantastic due to the late autumn. I lost more than 2 hours scouting the area, overwhelmed with the beauty of this hidden place.. in the end, the one frame that really clicked with me was an abstract view of this forest, realized in-camera through a vertical panning technique.
